Pastor Stacey is a native of St. Albans, New York and also located in Jamaica, New York where she received her Biblical training.

Pastor Stacey has been described by some as a no nonsense vessel when proclaiming the word of the Lord. The power that has been
released over her life has opened many doors for her as she travels around the nation,

Pastor Stacey works meticulously with her husband in ministry and never shies away from any task that is given to her assign.

First Lady Brown is the founder of International Women of Power & Purpose, which is an organization that ministers to the needs of hurting
women, and women who are presently engaged in ministry.

During her free time, Pastor Stacey enjoys volunteering and tutoring students in the local school system and ministering at college campuses with
her husband. The experience gained from this endeavor has inspired her to launch the Rhema Covenant Learning Academy that will tutor students
in reading, writing, arithmetic and computer skills.

Pastor Stacey is an effective asset to both her community and church family. She is indeed a woman of integrity, faith, and power. Her life is
totally dedicated in helping others. She does not mind imparting what she has gained into the lives of those that encounters her ministry,
especially young people, the treasure of her heart.
