About J.E. Brown II Ministries J.E. Brown II Ministries is an extension of Rhema Covenant Worship Center, which is located in Harrisburg, NC where Pastor Brown is the Senior Pastor. Pastor J.E. Brown II is an international speaker and teacher who walks in the prophetic office of ministry. He travels extensively teaching and preaching God's word to bring about changes within the body of Christ and the world. He is the founder of J.E. Brown II Ministries, which is headquartered in Harrisburg, NC. He is also an alumnus of the Tabernacle Bible Institute located in Jamaica, New York where he received his biblical training and teaching under the dynamic auspices of the late Apostle Johnnie L. Washington, Senior Pastor & Founder of the Tabernacle of Prayer For All People in Jamaica, New York. Pastor Brown loves the word of God, and takes his spiritual mandate very seriously. Because of his faithfulness God has used him to speak into the lives of people locally, as well as around the U.S.A., Europe and the Caribbeans. J.E.
